Return Terms:

Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date (the date the item arrived at your shipping address).

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once approved, ship the item back using insured shipping.
Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued (minus the 10% restocking fee).
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Products with cut or damaged lace

Items that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way (e.g., sprayed with products)

Custom orders, accessories, or add-on services

Final sale items or anything purchased using shop Pay or Gift cards

All clearance, sale, and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
- Clearance items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
- No complimentary services, alterations, recoloring, or adjustments will be provided on clearance items.
