Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery on eligible hair products — unless marked as final sale.

Return Terms:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date (the date the item arrived at your shipping address).

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page to request a return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back using insured shipping.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued (minus the 10% restocking fee).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products with cut or damaged lace

  • Items that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way (e.g., sprayed with products)

  • Custom orders, accessories, or add-on services

  • Final sale items or anything purchased using shop Pay or Gift cards

  • All clearance, sale, and discounted items are FINAL SALE.


    • Clearance items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
    • No complimentary services, alterations, recoloring, or adjustments will be provided on clearance items.
    • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photos, and color details prior to purchase.
    • Color appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, and hair processing. These variations do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
    • Any optional services offered after purchase are paid services and do not indicate fault, error, or misrepresentation.
